Ed Fitts was born and raised in Littleton, North Carolina. He attended college at NC State and has had a successful business career. Deb Fitts has had many successful years in the pharmaceutical industry with major brands like Pfizer and AstraZeneca.

While his thriving career has often taken him across the country, Ed returned frequently to his beloved Littleton, and what he saw was disheartening; businesses were closing, and Littleton, adjacent to sprawling Lake Gaston, was left behind. With each visit, the Fitts were determined to change things, starting with little projects and moving on to a commitment to bring Littleton back.

The Fitts have chosen Sela as their construction partner to assist with this touching and noble project: new businesses downtown (wine shop, coffee shop, and a high-end bistro), renovation of the Lakeland Cultural Arts Center, the Ed Fitts Amphitheater (seating 1500), and more.

Every project Sela tackles sparks excitement, but some projects touch our hearts, like the revitalization of Littleton, NC, Ed Fitts' hometown - a project that goes beyond bricks and mortar.
